USASOC
US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) relies on SITE 525 to replicate the internet and digital domains in support of training and exercises. SITE enables training and integration of cyber, information operations, OSINT, and other domains in the cyber, space, and special operations triad of modern warfare.
USASOC SITE customers include Special Forces groups across the globe, the JFK Special Warfare school, and exercises conducted with SOCOM, JSOC, and other joint and conventional units and coalition partners.
Muscatatuck Urban Training Center
CyberTropolis is the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center's persistent training environment for advanced cyber-physical training and exercise support. It is a cyber live-fire development testing and training range for critical infrastructure systems, capable of supporting live offensive and defensive operations.
MUTC's virtual network is a secured enclave of the city's enterprise network fully designed to facilitate cyber intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance as well as exploitation activities. The environment is cleared for drones, open-air GPS jamming, electronic warfare, and active capture between 10KHz and 26 GHz.
Irregular Warfare Technical Support Directive
SITE 525 has developed a sandbox training environment that emulates the key aspects of the complex challenges our warfighters confront on the battlefield.
Our large scale training environment allows exercise designers, planners, and participants to realistically replicate the dynamic nature and unique impacts of online information, including social media.
Utilizing our proprietary cyber training environment, SITE 525 replicates the online environment in which methodologies and tools for collecting and analyzing necessary information can be practiced and refined. Confined completely to the exercise environment, teams are allowed to train like they fight, without impacting the public.
US Army Joint Readiness Training Center
SITE 525 provided specially trained open-source intelligence (OSINT) expertise, creating a real-world battlefield and social media replication.
SITE 525 provided our warfighters with realistic training, each rotation, building their capabilities in extracting relevant OSINT. Working with OPSGRP CEMA Cell, we coordinated and planned cyberspace effects in the exercises.
This included OPSFOR and population activity on simulated social media and other internet activity, ensuring MSEL/scenario development was accurately portrayed within the training.
US Army National Training Center
SITE 525 created the first replicated and realistic social media environment to conduct open-source intelligence for each rotational RTU at NTC. We populated a simulated closed-loop internet environment with RTU relevant social media content utilizing the Government network.
SITE 525 replicated realistic social media environments specific to the training objectives of each rotation. Extracting relevant open-source intelligence and simulating real world battlefields, our warfighters were better prepared for the obstacles they encounter when operational and cyber environments intersect. Content was flexible and customizable.
Commanders provided their operational problem sets, then our social media replication was tailored to provide force-on-force scenarios that addressed each set.
Other Department Of Defense Customers
SITE supports or has supported a wide range of other DoD customers and activities including the US Marine Corps training, special forces groups, and USCYBERCOM exercises.
